Spicy Pork Ramen is bomb. Curry Ramen is bomb. Fried Tofu is bomb. Tonkatsu is bland/tough.
Green milk tea is actually GREEN! Super bomb. My favorite ramens: premium pork, spicy beef, miso, fried chicken!
Spicy beef ramen with spicy pork added... Best. Ramen. Ever!
2. Santouka
Try the Salt Ramen - Finally! Santouka (Mitsuwa) in Irvine!
Try the Toriniku Spicy Miso Ramen - Pork cheek (not sure which cheek)

3. Pho Bà Cô
Special combo Pho (#21 on the menu) is my favorite. When you're done, hit up Layer Cake Bakery next door for French macarons. Yum.
One of the best Pho place in Irvine. All the other options do not have enough flavors in their broth. Also, their Vietnamese Iced Milk Coffee is great!
They are quick here so know what you want to order. Get the egg rolls and any pho dish cause the broth is tasty.

Their spicy beef noodle soup is excellent!
Spicy beef noodle soup is the must have. Lots of other good Taiwan foods like pan friend scallion cake. Come for the breakfast too!
We always order the spicy wonton and thousand layer together with pok chop on rice and beef stew noodle soup. They are rhe best combo for me and hubby.

This was my first time here, and I was VERY impressed by the food and friendliness of the service. May become a regular, as I love pho!

This place is so awesome. I am a pho snob and this place is top notch. The staff is incredibly happy and helpful and the food is very authentic and delicious.
Best pho we've found. We split a large #19. Sometimes spring rolls if we're hungrier.

Their Tonkotsu Ramen (pork broth) is one of the best I've had up-to-date. I don't know what they do to their chashu pork inside but it's so tender and delicious!!!
Best ramen I've ever had. The tonkatsu broth is wonderful.

Amazing food. Try the shaken beef and the chicken curry. Also, great pho and extremely friendly staff.
Very busy! Recession looks like its' over based on the foot traffic here.

Artisanal Shoyu (Soy Sauce). Many different types!
Authentic Japanese supermarket. Definitely recommended if you've never been to one. It's a little small - and not cheap - but always a delight, even if you're just window shopping!
...want to see something funny, watch and see how the ramen noodle guy tests the noodles to see if they are done...
I'll have to come back to try the fresh made ramen.
Place gets crowded. Super fresh fish & a real variety of items. Nice change to have a Japanese buffet to go with the Indian & Chinese ones in OC. Will come back again.
